Was dirty when we checked in, scratchy bedsheets, dog hairs and dust everywhere, washing left in the machine from a previous guest with a layer of dirt. Had not been cleaned properly inbetween stays. Contacted the hosts and relayed all of this they apologised and did refund us part of what we paid however was on the basis that we left a positive review. Which I don't think is fair to other guests. As I trust the honesty of guests on AirBnB.The house you can tell is not someone's home so it's missing that 'homey' and cozy feel. If it wasn't for the house being extremely dirty when we checked in this would have been okay. Wouldn't stay again due to what we experienced when checking in. A shame. Good location and house size just poorly done.

Property as expected.
We needed somewhere to stay at short notice local to where we live. This property fitted the bill for 3 of us (and a dog). The house was spotlessly clean and the minimal décor made it feel like you weren't intruding on someone's private property (as is the case with a lot of Airbnb's). Lots of room across 3 floors with everything we needed. Location was great with a short walk into Shefford for all amenities as well as great walks for the dog around River Ivel and surrounding public footpaths.
