The space was perfect for our needs. The area is so walkable with lots to see and do - just a 5-minute walk from downtown DSM, East Village, and Principal Park. We appreciated the keypad entry to the apartment. As a previous reviewer said the sofa is very stained and pulling apart at the seams in a small area. Unfortunately, the dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work. The sink drain in the spare bathroom needs to be cleared and cleaned out - the sink backed up quickly. The apartment was also without washcloths. Again, the space was perfect for our needs - I would stay again, but only if I knew everything worked appropriately.

The apartment was GORGEOUS. The couch and carpet in the bedroom had some rough stains but other than that it was spotless! It was very spacious, with a huge balcony. Will definitely be staying here again! Great for a girls weekend 😊
