房間乾淨整潔，廚具餐具家具新穎，停車方便，而且Kroger mart就在隔壁有個社區通道可以直達實在太棒了！ 公共區域還有沙灘排球、籃球場跟游泳池，我們check out那天還打了場籃球才離開。 謝謝美好的房源分享，期待下次再訪～

We loved our stay at Briona’s. She was very responsive and answered any questions we had. My kids loved the pool and outdoor activities. Will def stay again when we are back in Houston.

Upon check in the keypad at entry seemed to be non functional. Host resolved this. On a smaller note the bathroom had a roll of toilet paper that contained about 10 sheets left on it when I arrived and no extra rolls were present. WiFi was non functional. Lastly and most concerning I had been traveling for work and was fairly tired. I checked out prior to the requested check out time of 10am. Approximately 6 hours later the host tried to repeatedly reach out via phone call. I had just gotten home was exhausted and was saying hello to my kids that I had not seen for days when my phone began blowing up. I sent to voicemail a few times but I kept getting these calls. I finally saw that an alert had popped up on airbnb and made the connection that it was the host who was calling. The host messaged me asking if I was getting a DoorDash delivery in accusatory fashion. Again I had checked out hours earlier. The Host has a ring camera and could’ve reviewed footage and avoided this interaction.

We came in town to attend an event at NRG, and spent 2x less time and money because of the great location. Kroger was closer to our front door than the apartments own dumpster which was super convenient for refreshments, necessities, and Lyft pick up. The place was SUPER cute and very well put together with great courtesy and intention. The bed was VERY comfortable bed. Briona was very responsive and obviously has extensive experience in hospitality. Convenient location for 10-20 minute commute for Pearland, Greater Houston, and Downtown Houston trips. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Briona
