This stylish and roomy house is perfect for a home-from-home experience whether working away or on holiday in the North East. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with supermarkets and a pub close by. The property has been furnished to optimise comfort and convenience. Situated close to the seaside and North Yorkshire Moors that offer great days out as well as being very accessible to Middlesbrough and surrounding areas should you be working or contracting in Teesside. Freshly decorated and newly furnished property. Spacious living room with adjoining dining / snug area. Large smart TV with many streaming apps you can use if you have your own subscription details. Large open kitchen with a conservatory that leads to the back garden. Whole of the ground floor has wooden laminate flooring. Open staircase from the living room to the upstairs landing. The first floor is fully carpeted with the exception of bedroom 3 which has laminate flooring. The first floor landing leads to 3 x bedrooms and full bathroom. Bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, smart TVs and plug sockets for charging mobile devices.
We have just returned from a stay over Christmas as a family. Although this is not typically what this listing hosts, we had an absolutely memorable stay - and I would recommend this for any family / couple. The listing was incredibly accurate with ample space. The entire place was spotless. Catherine was incredibly responsive and nothing I asked was too much. There are shops literally around the corner along with a really welcoming pub. A taxi into town was only £4.40 but the bus route is also a 2 minute walk away which takes you in to Middlesbrough or Redcar. Overall, amazing stay and would certainly consider this again if we were up that way.
Lovely house , clean,spacious and as described with the added bonus of off road parking. Shame it isn’t dog friendly as I would book again otherwise

The property has a driveway for up to 2 medium size cars and there is space to park on the roadside in front of the property.
The property is situated in a small housing estate which is fully pedestrianised.
A supermarket, convenience store and pub are situated literally around the corner on Larkswood Road which is 1 - 2 minutes walk but can also be accessed by car with plenty of free parking.
Kirkleatham woods and walkway is a short walk away and also accessible by car.
