This property is absolutely lovely, and an absolute steal for the price! We really enjoyed our stay, with the spacious, clean and comfy house. The beds were great, the kitchen and bathrooms were also perfect. A great place to stay!!

we had a great stay for the 2 nights, yes the house is not perfect (1loose tap in ensuite), couple marks on a couple walls,but all in all a great sized house,flexible sleeping, loads of showers and toilets, really really happy with it. great for using as a base to travel to whitby ( only 33miles) and surrounding areas. we will be sure to use again in the future. thanks again.

Good space and very clean

The house is big, and perfect for family groups, but it looks very tired, and some of the carpets are badly stained. The garden would be a good space, but there was a half drunk beer can outside the back door, as well as various other pieces of litter scattered around the garden; the lawn looked as though it hadn't been mowed for a long time, and there were nails and pieces of glass in the shingle hard standing area which I removed because of my dog. Disappointing.
