Lovely house, brilliant location, is brilliant for exploring north Yorkshire and the coast,the grounds of Grinkle park are beautiful and the house if finished to a high standard, we will definitely be returning.

excellent large house in a lovely location. well furnished and comfortable for our group of 7 adults and 2 infants. we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel one morning and both the hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were friendly. We didn't receive any replies to messages to the host so may be a gap in communication between the hotel and this property being listed on Airbnb (the house sits in the grounds of the hotel). Overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent home in a beautiful location close to lots of amazing beaches. We spent new years here as a group of 7 with 2 dogs. Lovely house, spacious bedrooms, plenty of room to spread out downstairs. Kitchen and dining space are great for entertaining (would benefit from a few more amenities like a dishwasher and bigger pots / pans etc). Gift hamper was excellent and a classy touch. Overall a high quality house in a great location. We would happily come back
