Yan's place - which is about 5-10 mins down the road from the town of Dundalk - was super cosy, and incredibly welcoming as soon as you walked through the door. A fire had been lit for our arrival and fresh eggs from Yan's hens were awaiting us in a cute little basket in the kitchen. The cottage is really spacious, with 5 separate bedrooms, comfy beds and lots of little nooks, crannies and curiosities to explore. My favourite! I can imagine the electric blankets are perfect for getting cosy in the colder months! The kitchen is reasonably stocked for basic homecooking, and the dinner bell was a particular favourite of mine for when tea was ready! Yan went above and beyond for us multiple times as a host, and always with a smile - including noticing a soft tyre on our car and pumping it up for us upon arrival! Thanks so much for everything Yan. We'll definitely see if the cottage is free when we return :)

Had a lovely stay at Yan's cosy cottage, clean warm ,lovely comfortable beds all was perfect for our stay ,Yan lit the stove for us when we arrived which was so cosy.

Fantastic place with lots of space and very nice owner! Perfect place for my group with all the amenities for a longer stay. I recommend it and I hope we will back here in the future
