(Indonesian connection in my profile) We’re right on the edge of the glorious South Downs National Park; a 15-minute drive to the centre of Chichester, with its Festival Theatre, cathedral, and fine Georgian architecture; 20 minutes from Goodwood Motor Circuit and Racetrack; just five minutes from the pretty, busy sailing town of Emsworth. There are three rooms for the exclusive use of guests. A bedroom, accessed from a deck which overlooks the courtyard. An adjoining shower room, with a big walk-in shower. And a lovely, comfortable sitting room with large bifold doors opening onto the deck. Electric underfloor heating is fitted throughout. The building has only just been completed, designed to the highest specification, and fitted with a modern, top quality shower room.
