We returned to stay again to visit local family. The setting is so very peaceful, with easy access and everything we needed. Large comfy bed, good shower and very tastefully decorated. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very comfortable, well finished and equipped apartment. Host communicative and hospitable and cooked us an excellent breakfast on our last morning. Location ideal for visiting the area and very beautiful countryside. Good pubs, restaurants and tea rooms nearby.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, this charming retreat provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s conveniently located near to local attractions and amenities while still providing a peaceful getaway. The accommodation itself was cozy and well-appointed, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. Excellent amenities provided: Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, YouTube etc, washing machine, hairdryer, tea, coffee, milk, cereal, butter, marmalade, herbs, ketchup, oil, salt, vinegar, and a variety of pots and pans made me feel right at home. The added bonus of a tennis court provided hours of fun. I cannot speak highly enough of the host, Anthony. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His delicious English breakfast was a highlight of my morning which he brought to our door at our chosen time. Seven, the friendly dog, added to the welcoming atmosphere and was a joy to be around. Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend visiting! We had such a lovely stay with our cocker spaniel. The barn itself was cosy yet spacious with a balcony where we had breakfast in the morning cooked by Anthony (thank you!). The enclosed field right next to the barn was the perfect space to let our dog out for a toilet and a good run - playing with the owners dog Seven was an added plus. The area is beautiful and a trip to west wittering beach, some local walks & pubs was just what we needed. Great value for money too. Thank you Anthony
