Don't waste your money. This place was fealthy. Sheets were like tissue paper. Very slow response, etc.
The pictures show a much cleaner area around the room. There are trashy sketchy permanent tenants. The property was run down looking from the outside. Inside was somewhat clean, but the bed looked like kids jumped on it before we arrived, we didn’t pull the blankets back to look at the sheets or anything. The property manager was very nice and she understood our concern about the property and said she just started and they were trying to clean up the property and get rid of the permanent tenants. We only stayed about 10 minutes and left as we didn’t feel safe staying there or leaving our vehicle parked outside. We use Airbnb a lot and this was our first disappointment. We ended up staying at a hotel since there were no more properties in the Manitu area for us to rent.
