My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Karla's. It does get warm on the 5th floor. I'm glad we had fans. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Karla was always responsive to needs and for making recommendations. Gracias

Karla’s place was near a ton of stuff to do in Mexico City, easy to find, and perfect for our weekend stay. Some bottled water was in the fridge for us so we didnt gave to immediately run out which was great. We were in walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and cafes.

A rare find in CDMX.Very quiet, safe, and nice. Bedrooms overlook interior courtyards, which makes them quiet. Very clean. Nice bedding. Great location. On the fifth floor, so it can get hot during heatwaves, but room darkening shades & standing portable fans in each room help. When entering building, you descend a narrow staircase without a handrail (for those with accessibility issues) to get to the lobby/doorman/elevator. When we checked out the doorman opened the garage door for us to walk our luggage up a ramp instead of having to carry them up the stairs. Doormen are very nice & make one feel very safe. 2 one-liter bottles of water were provided for 5 day stay. No water filtration system in the apt. The host was somewhat stingy with towels and paper products. Had to tell her we had stomach issues to get more TP. I was charged $14.82 for "staining" a washcloth and a bath towel. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay again. A good value and a great place.
