Great stay in the whole bottom floor of an older home! Reza was friendly and accommodating and stocks the rental with a great kitchen and decorations. It is on a fairly busy road, so location isn't great but worked well for us as a home base to visit family and return at night.

Could be a really interesting, quirky place, but . . . The dining area floor was so sticky that the table was permanently stuck down, chairs could not slide. The mini blinds troughout the house were dirty and often broken or inoperable. The kitchen was very well equipped, lots of interesting utemsils. Throw rugs and bathmat were in desperate need of cleaning. Wifi was so weak that I had to use my "hot spot" in order to connect to the internet. Dusty, dingy artificial flowers everywhere. We travel alot using vacation rentals, we often look for interesting, quirky places, and have found some geat ones. This was the definite low point.

Upon arriving at Reza’s place, I was pleased that the air conditioner unit had been turned on, but that was the end of the positives. There was a rake lying in the sidewalk to enter the unit. The kitchen floor was very sticky, other floors had lots of pet hair and debris. Beds were dirty- pulling back the bedspread showed stained sheets and lots of hair. Bedspreads had hair and debris. I stayed up several hours washing the bedding so I could sleep that night. I booked for 2 nights and only stayed one. Reza was unresponsive when I sent a message about the condition of the unit. Noise was much louder than the reviews made it seem. Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews.

Reza was very kind when I was booking. I had to bring 4 cats and a dog, and I messaged him before I booked to ask if this was okay. I am very grateful that he allowed all my animals. However, although he is listed as pet-friendly, I will warn that there are a lot of items sitting out, and beads on the walls, so it is not very puppy-friendly or if someone has a very playful cat. Just a warning. However, the dissappointment stems more from the cleanliness-- or lack thereof. There were items in the trash can when I arrived, and there was a LOT of dust. Since my animals hid for a few hours, I had the unfortunate task of looking under the bed... There were items and a lot of dust under each. I did try to message Reza before checkout to ask if I needed to do anything and he never responded. Bathroom could use some TLC. Other reviewers who mention noise are correct- it is traffic-y and can be loud.
