Mark’s space was perfect for our weekend trip! Plenty of space, nice and clean, and just as described and shown in the pictures! We especially appreciated that the unit was sort of tucked away off the main, and that there was a parking spot provided, while still being just right around the corner from walkable restaurants/shops. We’ll definitely be returning if we need a place to stay in Southington again! Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in this area! Mark was a very proactive and responsive host as well!

Mark was a great host and always responsive. The unit was spacious and comfy. Both beds were extremely comfortable. There was a really nice tv that included several streaming options. It was surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to downtown. Off street parking came in handy.

Outstanding Airbnb. Right in the heart of downtown Southington. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, the town green, and more. Super clean. Super super easy check in and check out. Bed was insanely comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics. Really, a great place to stay for a few days.

This was my second stay at Mark's house. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. It's a great location - a quick walk to many restaurants and a walking trail. Mark is an extremely good host - he is friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here.
