Upon arrival at the property, despite its promising appearance and ample space, we were met with a series of deficiencies. The cleanliness of the house was unsatisfactory, with visible remnants of the previous occupant's stay, such as a dirty coffee machine and oven. Essential amenities were missing or dysfunctional, including a grill and shower utensil holder, and cleaning supplies were not provided. The maintenance was below acceptable standards, with a vacuum cleaner and curtains that were only repaired after our complaints and a two-day delay. The check-in process was hindered by incorrect instructions, leading to a 10-minute wait at the gate, which was ultimately found unlocked, followed by a half-hour delay due to an incorrect entry code for the house. Furthermore, the host's requirement of 180 euros per day for cleaning services was exorbitant and perceived as a blatant overcharge. I STRONGLY recommend this stunning villa . Gabriela the host was extremely responsive . The villa is exactly as you see on the pictures . Location is great , peaceful. The only little advice I would give is, the cleaning should be done at least 4 hours before guests arrival to avoid chemical smell and for the staff to have more time to clean the place thoroughly as is huge . We got to the villa past 3pm and the cleaning was not done yet, we had to leave the villa so that , the cleaning staff could do their job . Went we got back to the villa, the cleaning was ongoing and I think because of that rushing cleaning, they did not do their job properly but for us, it was not a very big deal because we cleaned the place ourselves again . That was the only minor issue we had . I will definitely go back 🤩

This Airbnb looks as pictured and was clean. However, the check in instructions we received were minimal. It was dark when we arrived and we were not sure which unit it was. The contact I was given didn’t not answer the phone, the instructions to get in were minimal. We ended up having to jump the fence to get to the front door and unlock it. Nothing inside the house is marked. I found the garage and gate opener once inside but it was completely unmarked. The house was hot as there is no A/C. There are 2 fans for 3 bedrooms. I requested a third fan and was told they would deliver it the last day of our stay. That never happened. The stove did not work and the hot water heater was leaking while we were there. There is a lot of attention to detail lacking in the management of this property. I would not recommend it for that reason.

Gabriela is een prettige host die goed snapt wat nodig is voor een heerlijke vakantie. De villa is werkelijk fantastisch; luxe, ruim en schoon. De omgeving is mooi en rustig, maar toch niet ver van winkels en restaurantjes. Dank voor een heerlijke vakantie en nog meer dank voor je flexibiliteit en snelheid van alles op dezelfde dag kunnen regelen (boeken én aankomen)!
