Had a great time staying here! Really nice location within walking distance to some restaurants and bars, or very afforable Uber rides into many parts of the city. Place was nice and clean and comfortable, kitchen was nice and enjoyed having a small balcony. Definitely would recommend staying here, very good value!

Lorenza's place was in a great area, with tons of amenities nearby and a great view of the green streets. The place was well appointed, comfortable and felt like home. The kids playroom was great, as was the gym. The only limitation was that the pool is very strictly monitored for lane swimming only. The security guards will kick you out for recreational use (and kids). So be mindful of that when booking. Otherwise, an amazing place in Condesa and a great host!

The condo is as described. Neighborhood/ building safe. Lorenza was very responsive and friendly with interactions. The dryer didn’t work unfortunately. Because of Holy Week we were told technicians weren’t readily available, which we understood and she offered to pay for our laundry to be done elsewhere, which was very generous. But we didn’t have time to and hung our laundry leaving clutter around the condo. While we were out the day before leaving she texts that someone will fix the dryer in the next couple hours. I was hesitant and said no initially because we’d done enough laundry and didn’t want anyone to enter the apartment with our valuables. It was helpful, just inconvenient. She let us leave our luggage in the condo before/ after check in. There’s no AC, which we knew but it gets very hot inside despite having fans and the street gets too loud to keep the balcony doors open at night.
