First of all, the kitchen was filthy. I had to send a picture to the host to show how much dirt was left in the drawers , the stove and the toaster. There was a cleaning fee on airbnb and I paid it. I did not understand why The cleaning lady said I owe her 2000 pesos. When leaving I forgot a new blender, I asked the host to leave it for me at the reception so I could send someone to get it. they said they could not find it. Overall, i had a bad experience. To top it , they are trying to charge me 300 dollars because they said I broke a lamp and a coffe maker that were never touched.. She was called to inspect before we left but said instead that the cards could be left at the reception which we did.. I even sent a video to her showing that all was left well since I did not understand why no one came to inspect .!!! Unbelievable!! I will not return even tough I found that the location was great and I was recommended by a friend who has stayed there prepviously and was so satisfied!

En general Todo bien . Ella se comunicó siempre . Solo que reportamos un problema del aire acondicionado y no vino nadie . Le cambié las baterías y se solucionó.
