Truly a beautiful house and location. Everything seemed really well maintained and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (plus the wine on ice waiting our arrival was a lovely addition) and there were two grocery stores within fifteen minutes for stocking up. Catharine was a great host - very communicative and clear before and during our stay in a way that felt helpful and never intrusive. I could see the stairs to the second floor being tricky for someone with limited mobility (they're sturdy, just on the steep and shallow/narrow side), but we had no actual issues and the downstairs bedroom was great. Our second night we had a really fantastic view of the stars, and I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy the water, wine, good company, and beautiful skies.

Catharine's home on Seneca Lake was lovely. The home was clean and well-equipped and the views of the lake were spectacular. We appreciated being able to walk to Zugibe Winery from the house. Catharine's winery recommendations were spot-on for our wine tastes!

Stayed at Hollyhouck for my bday with 5 of my girl friends. The house is right on Seneca lake and the view is absolutely amazing. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful. There was lots of extra towels and blankets for use and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of seating for my group of 6. It was nice having 4 full bathrooms for 6 women! The steps to the second floor are steep and very narrow. Didn’t bother us, but definitely had to take it very slow. It was cold during our stay so we didn’t utilize the outside much, but it was a great spot! Loved being so close to Zugibe and Ventosa wineries, two of my favorites in the area! We would definitely stay at this house again! Catherine was a very responsive host and left us a delicious bottle of red wine from a local winery.

This place far exceeded our expectations!!! Catharine was super responsive and knew the area well enough to make perfect recommendations for our visit. Very homey and comfortable! Th sunsets are amazing!!!!
