Wonderful trip. Kimberly was a fantastic host and her house was comfortable and adorable. She responded quickly and patiently to my questions, which were few because she explained everything so well upfront. She was friendly and helpful at every step😃 The house was spotless, with great climate control and modern, clean appliances. Gorgeous natural light. I would recommend Kimberly's place and hospitality to a good friend!

I was very glad to stay in a clean, comfortable home. Kim was easy to work with and the location perfect. The only thing I would change is a walkway from the driveway to the house. My husband was on crutches and the ground is uneven and especially at night it was more difficult for him. This however would not be enough for me to not want to come back. It’s a beautiful, charming and clean home!

Great new modern place in the Finger Lakes. Kim is super responsive which is a plus. Everything worked well, and we appreciated how clean the place was. Has all the amenities.

A great place to stay for 3 people, the host really put thought into the space. It is very nicely decorated and very clean, feels like an upscale boutique suite. Everything is very very modern. Location wise it’s great close to the east side of Cayuga lake with some nice wineries near by

Girls 60th birthday wine weekend in Finger Lakes! Exceeded our expectations in all ways- cleanliness and modernized amenities were a major plus. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with fresh cut flowers, local homemade cookies, morning accouterments for coffees with assorted pods and half n half. Space was adorned with live plants and contemporary lighting. Plenty of extra linens, towels and blankets! A short drive to Seneca Lake vineyards and breweries which we did the second day. Our arrival day included Heart and Hands (our favorite!) and a few others on Cayuga Lake. The High School was conveniently located across the street for a morning walk/jog on the track. This house will not disappoint and Kim was beyond helpful! We would like to hire her to decorate our house!
