The Butlers pantry conceals the food stores, fridge/freezer and the perfect little tea and coffee station where you can make your morning cup of local Fleurieu Roast espresso style coffee. Bi-fold doors open out to the beautiful front patio, built in barbecue and outdoor dining overlooking the rural landscape of Linear Park. This house is the getaway your have been dreamy of. The native landscape can be enjoyed from the comfort of the cosy main lounge with two large sofas and a sun-filled bay window bench seat, the perfect nook for your holiday reading. The private master bedroom has a king bed and a large luxurious ensuite with it's own bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 and 3 have two options for bed configuration depending on your needs. Option one: one king bed. Option two: two single beds. The default set up is bedroom 2 (one king bed) and bedroom 3 (2 single beds). If you would like a different configuration for these two rooms please request your changes when you make your booking. Bedroom 2 and 3 open out to the second lounge area/ kid's retreat with a mountain of toys and books to keep the little guests entertained. Discover the hidden TV for some quiet, veg-out time. The second bathroom is located next to bedroom 2 and 3 and has a shower, bath and toilet.
