Excelente espacio para familia o amigos! Un espacio muy lindo y cómodo, pero otra cosa espectacular es la zona, muy céntrico a nivel de playa Flamingo cercanías espectaculares marina, súper, playas, etc! Volvería!

We really enjoyed our stay and would go back if we visit the area again. Very well located, quiet, clean. Everything was perfect and as advertised. Host was very proactive in providing helpful information to get to the condo. 😀

To get to the apartment, there are lots of stairs going up and then down. There is no ocean view. The stove has 4 burners but half of them don't work. We didn't have got water and it took 3 days waiting for the repairman. The faucets are to clogged with debris, that the water pressure is super low. There is a gardener who stops by 2-3 times in the 'private' balcony. No privacy! Sebastian was responsive but not at first. It was stressful not knowing where the property was or having any instructions to get in, until the day we had to move in. Sebastian was away, but I would expect to have a backup person respond. Te mattress in the secondary room is super hard and there are not mats in the bathroom. Overall, you can say the place was really nice 20 years ago. There were no condiments, not even salt. There were no bowls to have cereal or soup. After commenting all these issues, Sebastian relived them, but by the time he brought the supplies, we had already bought them. No preparation

El departamento es muy bonito, pero no encontré shampoo ni jabón. Un poco de café, azúcar o sal tampoco pude encontrar. Por esos detalles me pareció un tanto caro lo que pagué por el mismo. Respecto al host, es un tipo amable y siempre responde atentamente.

Increíble lugar, volvería cien veces! el espacio superó nuestras expectativas, súper ordenado, limpio, todo nuevo y moderno, Gracias Sebastian, mi mamá, mi tía, mi hermana y yo estaremos eternamente agradecidos por estos días ahí y toda la atención! tu hermoso lugar hizo nuestras vacaciones mil veces mejor! Súper mercado al frente, restaurantes cerca, se llega caminando a la playa, súper seguro y todo en orden! mil gracias Sebas! volveré pronto!
