Comfortables beds, great location and view, loved the accommodations at the beach club and the beach

Our family of 12 stayed in two separate condos. The Carao condo was very spacious and had super comfortable mattresses and beautiful views of the ocean. The Five Star crew were very responsive to some minor problems we had with the AC. I didn’t give it 5 stars because all the nonstick fry pans were warped and we had a difficult time cooking. The Bougainvillea condo worked out great for the other guests, although they told us they had an ant problem in one of the bedrooms ( which we never brought up with the management). They had a fantastic view and the kitchen was well equipped. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and would love to return again to Reserva Conchal!

Overall, we had a great stay. The place is very clean. The concierge was very helpful with information and assistance in planning our excursions and to rent a 6-person golf cart. The condo is well represented in the photos. The only surprises we had were that the second master suite is hidden in the back of the condo with views of the road, as opposed to the ocean and resort. Also, there were a few places in the resort that told us you had to be a "member" to use the facilities. We were lead to believe that we had free use of all of the resort amenities. We enjoyed the smaller infinity pool near the condo as opposed to the main pool or beach. We got wonderful massages on the beach. We saw monkeys every day! The restaurants were average on the resort, but acceptable. We enjoyed going to Flamingo and Tamarindo for more choices, and found it very safe to travel with our car rental. Overall, a good stay for our family of 6 (2 couple/2 teens) and a great place to make memories.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Reserva Conchal. Fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place and Five Star was very responsive.
