This place was amazing and clean. Almost everything was as advertised. The home was well kept and felt modern and simple. The outdoor shower was great use to us. We rented a car for our trip and was useful to get to other beaches slightly further out. There are some rocky roads on the way to some areas so be aware. We only had one issue where the pool was not quite ready for us. They attempted to fix issue immediately and daily multiple times a day but it was out of commission for majority of our stay. There was compensation for this. All in all I understand that some things are out of our control and still would give the experience 5 stars

Una casa donde el área social es le protagonista, excelente para familias o grupos que quieren estar siempre juntos compartiendo ya que el espacio abierto y la amplitud de los mismos coadyuvan en todo momento.

We spent two weeks at Casa Poiema in November. The house is set up nicely and we loved the open air option. The house was fairly well stocked although we could have used some larger pots and pans for cooking with 9 people. We had a few issues during our stay which was unfortunate but they were dealt with quickly which was appreciated. The biggest issue we had was the state of the outside patio. The wood was rotting and several spots had broken through leaving sharp wood chunks and a hole which was a major safety concern, especially with children. Considering the price, it was disappointing that this hasn’t been dealt with given that it could easily cause injury. Otherwise our stay was good, we enjoyed the community amenities and appreciated the gated community security.
