We hade awesome time everything was clean neat and beautiful the only thing when we received the directions to get to the house it said there would be a Chan with a master pad lock it gave us a code but we could never find the chain and master pad lock so it took us a few turn arounds looking for the chain and pad look we finally found the house I guess they hade already removed the chain. Anyway it was awesome

My family of 7 had a great time at this location for Christmas/NYE. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The location was private and was right on the lake. We enjoyed that there was a separate den area with a tv. This was helpful when the guys wanted to watch football! We enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. There was also an assortment of board and card games provided. We can tell this place is a hit in the summer! Beautiful home with lots to do even though it is secluded. We felt right at home! Before booking this great spot, make sure you have a car that can drive steep hills! There are two on the way down to the home! Also, there is not much to do or places to eat unless you go to Heber Springs (25 minute drive). This didn’t bother us at all- but something to be aware of!

The cabin was beautiful and in perfect condition. I would definitely stay here again.
