This is a spacious room with private bath, queen bed. Access to kitchen, living room, laundry room. There are guests in other rooms. 5 mins to grocery stores, bank, services, 10 mins to Citibank, Brandon mall. 20 mins from Busch Gardens, downtown Tampa, USF, Airport (TPA). Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, a suburban neighborhood. There are cute hens in the backyard. Sorry in advance if there could be some noise here and there from them. There are cameras at the front and backyard for security.

Have stayed multiple times and can't state how cozy and at home Zen makes my wife and I feel when we stay!!!!
We loved this stay! The room was beautiful and our host was super responsive to any questions we had. The room was spacious and included a microwave and mini fridge. My one wish was that there were more pillows for the bed - there was only one pillow per person (my preference is at least 2 pillows per person). Other than that, the stay was perfect! We will definitely book again if we’re in the area. Thank you!

This is a suburban neighborhood. This house and a few other neighbors having chickens and roosters. There could be some noise here and there from them. Sorry in advance about any inconvenience this might cause.
