Our family had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The townhome is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town; we appreciated being so close to town and loved the peaceful surroundings. Our sons loved the hot tub and pool! A swim and a soak were a wonderful way to unwind after a day of hiking, mountain biking, etc. Brian was a terrific host - incredibly attentive and communicative!
We had such an amazing time here! It was super quiet and lot’s of extra parking. We are travelling with our RV and tow vehicle and our daughter and son in-law had a rental car. We were meeting here at Brian’s Air BnB. Had no problem parking our 26 ft RV on the street just past the unit and parked the two vehicles in front of the rental. It was super quiet and felt super safe. Had everything we needed!
Brian’s home is beautiful and conveniently located. We would love to stay again!

Moab Oasis is located adjacent to the Moab Golf Course (offering great privacy behind property), just east of downtown Moab, up East Spanish Trail Road. The views both up and down this road are beautiful.

Arrive by private vehicle. During the winter months (any months snow is expected), 4WD / 4x4 / AWD capable vehicle capable of driving on snow is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
If you are arriving by air, the nearest major airport is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). From there, you can rent a car or arrange for transportation to Moab, which is approximately a 4-hour drive southeast of Salt Lake City.
If you are driving from nearby areas, follow the appropriate highways to reach Moab. Here are some common routes:
From Salt Lake City: Take Interstate 15 south until you reach the US-6 exit in Spanish Fork. Follow US-6 to Price, and then take US-191 south to Moab.
From Grand Junction, Colorado: Take Interstate 70 west until you reach the US-191 exit in Crescent Junction. Follow US-191 south to Moab.
