Great hotel within walking distance of all the major attractions in Gatlinburg. The hotel staff were friendly and provided us with local recommendations. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

Customer service was amazing…..you know how hard it is to find now!! I was so impressed with check in and the kindness of we needed anything!! Recommend to everyone if you are going to Gatlinburg :)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Although this property has had room renovations, the overall property needs upkeep. The room has poor lighting and did not look like the photos in listing. The location was good, but I believe I could have found a better deal or comprable in a newer hotel had I shopped around. I also asked if the only reason I was paying a $10 cleaning fee was because I booked through the Air BNB site. The answer was probably. Had I booked through another platform the room rate was lower and no cleaning fee. ( I checked for the same date myself). In addition there was an additional $100 charge to my credit card at check in which was NOT disclosed at the time the reservation was made. I was told it would be refunded after my room was “inspected”. When I shared my concerns with the clerk at the desk at checkout, she chose to “educate” me versus refund the fee I was charged that others were not based on booking platform.
