We had a wonderful time! Beautiful location, easy access to walking trail, great deck for viewing the eclipse! Jennifer and Marty were amazing hosts, even inviting us to their cookout on the deck. Highly recommend!

As usual, we weren't disappointed. Jennifer's studio, where we usually stay was booked, so we opted for the suite. Still a great place to stay, and awesome price. Fresh fruit, eggs and muffins were there when we arrived. She even remembered that we drink the sugar free flavored creamer and had that ready for us. This is where we stay every time we go to Kerrville to visit our son and family. I highly recommend staying here.

Jennifer & Marty are great hosts. Very friendly & helpful. I really like their airbnb guest suite (it's more like a large studio apartment, w/ all the furnishings). Very clean. Love the goodies they had waiting for my arrival (fresh fruit berries, muffins, diet coke & bottles of water). I have total privacy & really appreciate that. I sleep great there. The bed is super comfy. I am able to watch my fav TV programs, as there's a big flatscreen TV with many cable channels, inside the guest suite. They have EVERY amenity listed. Their property sits alongside the golf course & it's absolutely beautiful. Love seeing the deer walk right up close. The hill country is beautiful & safe. Thank you Jennifer & Marty for another great stay!😊

This was my 2nd stay at Jennifer's place & it didn't disappoint. It had everything that was depicted in the listing. It really is like a studio apartment. I really like it a lot!! One of my fav things there is the TV w/ MANY cable channels. They also had my fav snacks ready for my arrival (blueberry muffins, fresh fruit in fridge, diet cokes & water). It has a really cute kitchen & bathroom. This airbnb had EVERY amenity listed & I appreciate that! 100% accurate listing. Never ran out of toilet paper either. I slept great there. Bed is so comfy. Jenn and Marty are fantastic hosts! I already booked my next stay at their airbnb. Thank you, Jenn and Marty!😊
