I give this place five stars all around. My two-month stay at Cristian's was exceptionally pleasant. The location couldn't be better; it's just a 5-20 minute taxi ride from anywhere you might want to go. For a fantastic dining experience, Mercado Del Rio is only a 10-minute walk away. This place is perfect for singles or couples looking for a lovely spot with excellent amenities. Thanks, Cristian!

I have stayed at about 15 AirBnB's over the last 3 years. I can say without a doubt that Cristian was the best host I have had the pleasure of meeting. When I first arrived I texted him requesting a few more towels and some kitchen supplies as I intended to cook a lot during my stay. He arrived in about an hour with everything I asked for and even offered to walk with me to show me where the closest supermarket was. He is very friendly, always smiling and ready to help or answer questions if need be. His English is excellent. During my month in this unit he called or texted me 3 or 4 times just to inquire if there was anything I needed. The unit is centrally located, next to the Museum of Modern Art (which you should visit) with taxis very convenient. The building staff is friendly and helpful with directions if needed. The unit has everything you need and top of the line appliances. The TV is the largest I have seen anywhere and has free NetFlix and YouTube. Highly recommended.

The loft is top quality with high speed internet and the building has good security. The area is very safe. It had all the amenities needed for a long term stay. A bit noisy but it was expected during holidays and the proximity to all the happening places. Cristian was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I would stay again at the properties managed/hosted by him.
