This is a peaceful, un-plugged, hidden-gem literally 10 minutes from the ferry lines! The entire cabin-themed home is full of character and charm, from license plate art for sale, to the taxidermy wildlife and intricate details in between. There is room for at least 9 people to sleep; however the small bathroom and 35 gallon water heater might struggle to keep up with a large family. The private lake access with fire pit and swinging chairs was a relaxing way to spend the evening after spending all day on the island! We plan on keeping this location on our list and recommending to others!

We loved our stay at James and Dawns Beautiful view of the lake, loved the gas fireplace inside and the outdoor fire pit. Loved how close it was to mackinaw city and the ferry to the island! Highly recommend!

Adorable cabin and the comfortable beds were a very welcome change from other airbnbs we have stayed in! Clean, well decorated and close to the bridge. Highly recommend!
