HORRIBLE/ STAY AWAY 1) location- No clear instructions were given . If you google the location, it takes you to the side of the highway and asks you to walk from the highway !!!!! The house is right on Ca- 17 and going in and out is extremely unsafe ! 2) NOISE LEVELS are INTENSE - there is a TON of noise from cars from the highway but also note that you practically CANNOT use the room with the bunk bed as the room next to that is rented out by a family and they were noisy until close to midnight. 4) Appliances NOT working - many appliances don’t work - even the TV in the bedroom did not work - we tried going to the patio ( WHICH HAD NO CHAIRS) - the house alarm rang so we came back into the home . There is no Netflix/OTT - you cannot cook per se because the dishwasher does not work and you wouldn’t want to let the dirty dishes just sit there! We had nothing to do so just left early. NOTHING PEACEFUL OR TRANQUIL about this property . Save your money!!!!

A hidden gem! A fully remodeled place with lots of space. It was a bit hard to find the entrance, but it was all worth it. I was a bit worried about the noise as the place is close to Highway 17, but the dual pane windows didn't allow any noise to come in :) Would definitely stay here again.

New listing! But definitely don’t sleep on this Awesome find. Beautiful home for a family searching for space to accommodate everyone. Highly recommend. I love how clean and private the house is.
