This stylish, newly furnished 2 bedroom apartment is central to Limavady's bars and restaurants, which are within walking distance. The Roe Park hotel and golf course is a 5 minute drive away. The kingsbridge private hospital is a 7 minute drive. The Drenagh Estate is a 5 minute drive and the City of Derry airport is a 15 minute drive. Benone Beach is 20 minutes away by car.The bus depot is a 8 minute walk from the apartment which includes bus routes to Derry, Belfast, Coleraine and Portrush. Please note that the property is on the second floor and there is no lift so guest will have to use stairs.

Eamonns place was immaculate, and he was in touch right away and gave full detailed instructions, even a video as to location and how to access property and where to park. Property itself was modern, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend booking for a stay in limavady town centre. Thanks for having us.
Stayed here for one night. Check in was super easy, Eamonn was very helpful and sent easy to follow instructions. Also allowed us to drop bags off early so we could attend a wedding. Very thoughtful host as he left cereal, croissants, tea/coffee and prosecco too....amazing! Bed was super comfy, would definitely recommend, especially if going to a wedding in the local area. Thanks again!
Great base for a break - close proximity to coast and hills and the town centre location made it ideal for access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Eamonn was a great host and touched base during our stay to ensure there was nothing else we needed.
