i would rate this place 8/10. Everything was perfect except AC/ cooler not working properly in some room. If you go on winters you’ll love it, in summer’s pls check with the owner once before you go. Rest they are supportive and corporative. Place is awesome to chill and there are multiple activities as well.

The stay was absolutely good, This place is good for friends group. Although the pool was small size but the place is too good, you will not get disappointed. Best time would be to visit is monsoon & winter.👌 All we like about the villa is the big hall.👌 If you are planning make sure you prefer biryani at night for dinner, it was too good..!! Thanks amar we had good time & will plan to re-visit soon in monsoon.. 👍

Had a great stay with the team. The property was just as mentioned in the description, everything available. The Host - Amar was super friendly and accommodating. Super responsive, and was kind enough to accommodate any extra requests that we had. Highly recommended the property. Kudos
