Adapted from a Victorian sweet shop, our newly decorated home is steeped in history and oozes character. Whether it be winter or summer, our place at Avenue Road will make for the perfect getaway location. We are pet and children friendly with an all-year-round dog-friendly beach approximately 10 minutes walk. The living room has both seating and dining areas with a cozy wood burning fire, 2 large comfy sofas and 8-seater dining table. The large windows to the front of the property are adorned with full length wooden shutters meaning you can set whatever mood you desire. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and and separate utility area with washer/dryer. We have provided a wide range of kitchen utensils meaning home cooked meals will be a doddle. The front porch is an ideal space for boots and shoes and the downstairs loo makes for an extra convenience. Upstairs, the large bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. The master room has a generous superking bed with a further two king size beds and two single beds. There is also a large family bathroom and separate wc. We've also provided a Peloton exercise bike to help you work off your holiday indulgences or simply keep up with your regular routine. Outside, the south-facing rear garden is a glorious sun-trap in the summer and a sheltered sanctuary in the winter time. Laid mainly to patio with raised flower beds, the garden also benefits from large a summer house with 2 daybeds making it a truly year-round space. Alongside the property, you'll have access to the garage/store area in which you can stores bicycles, dinghies, paddle boards etc. There is also an outdoor hose to wash down sandy kids and dogs plus a BBQ and beach essentials. We are very pet friendly with a good sized safe enclosed garden, poo bags, bowls and treats, your little kids are also catered for with a high chair, travel cot, stair gates and baby proofing kit.
