This contemporary stable conversion set on a 125-acre working farm is the perfect place for a Devonshire experience, with plenty of stunning countryside walks from your doorstep. The owners have kindly welcomed you to explore the farm, have an adventure in the adjacent woodland, and even take a picnic down to the riverbank. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from the charming property is the local village of Chulmleigh, which has shops and friendly pubs for a well-deserved meal after all that walking. Despite being newly converted in 2019, this lovely property fits beautifully into its impressive surroundings, capturing the feel of a farmhouse, including the addition of wooden beams and use of warm woods throughout. The kitchen/diner is spacious and stylishly furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking up a storm to feed the family in the bright and airy dining area. The cosy lounge is spacious and comfortable, making it the ideal space for entertaining or having a fun family night; snuggle up on the sofas for your favourite film on the TV. Upstairs boasts a large landing with impeccable views. The two bedrooms sleeping four people are tastefully decorated for a peaceful stay. Chulmleigh is a great village, but also has easy access to some other picture-postcard villages in North Devon, including South Molton which boasts delightful shops and excellent eateries. As this property also allows two dogs, don't miss out on the large variety of beaches, including sandy Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! all within 30 miles.
