Our stay was wonderful. Everything was just perfect. We enjoyed the entire house and the peaceful neighborhood. Especially the deer that came up to us.

My daughters and I loved our girls’ weekend at Cowpoke in Wimberley!!It was perfect!! The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how homey and beautifully decorated it was. We felt like we were in the country yet less than 10 minutes away from great shopping and dining. We had everything we needed to cook some meals, loved watching the deer and taking long walks. We can’t wait to go back! We highly recommend staying at Cowpoke!! Thanks Janice for your awesome hospitality!!

Was a wonderful place to stay and the deer were fun to watch. The beds were wonderful- all of us slept great and all on different time zones. Being able to go to the river was a bonus and not crowded. Would recommend to friends.

A darling space that will appeal to anyone with an artist's sensibilities. As a collector and designer I appreciated the thoughtful details that made this space feel more like a home instead of a soulless space set up purely to make money! It was amazing having exclusive HOA access to the river which was very close, and town was only a ten minute drive away! For one family, the price was a little more than we can comfortably pay compared to similarly sized places I've stayed in the past but I would definitely stay here again if we could split the cost with another household (it sleeps 6).
