This three bedroom home, complete with two living areas and tropical vacay vibes, offers a tranquil escape away from the hustle of the city but still close enough for you to enjoy all of its offerings. The Space: - Master Bedroom with Ensuite King sized bed with ample wardrobe and storage. Views of the front garden. Bedroom two: Queen sized bed, with close access to the main bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom three: King Single sized bed, with close access to the main bathroom and separate toilet. The home offers two living spaces, one in the main house area, along side the kitchen/dining, great for those who like to be part of the action. The other, fondly nicknamed ‘The Garden Room’, which is a fun space that looks out over the rear tropical garden. The Garden Room is a favourite spot in the house, and a fantastic place to sit and take in the garden view, or cuddle up by the fire at night with a glass of wine and nibbles platter. The large 4.2 meter long glass bifold doors open up to the rear garden, so you can take in the fresh garden air while you enjoy some quiet away from the main house area. This space has been intentionally styled to be a little bit kitsch, with a subtle retro feel and has a sense of humour with its ‘flamingo pink’ theme. The kids will love it, and they can even spot the Flamingos in the garden! Perhaps you need to knuckle down and get some work done? Our dedicated home office, equipped with large Apple iMac and high speed WIFI for guest use, is the perfect spot to regain your focus and tick off those work tasks! This area can be closed off so you’ll have quiet to concentrate, however with our generous windows, you’ll still feel part of the action. The kitchen is spacious enough for two or three to comfortably cook together, and is equipped with most things one would need to prepare a range of culinary delights. There is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine for guest use, and complimentary tea and coffee is available for guests. In the adjacent sideboard, you’ll find a small wine rack to store your local wine purchases, or you can while away some time looking at the South Australian key spots to visit booklets, and plot your daily itinerary. If you’re a card player, there’s even some playing cards for you to use! The rear deck and garden with lawn, is great for the kids to play in, and there’s a BBQ available for guest use too. At the end of our street, just a 20 meter stroll away, you’ll find our lovely local oval, with natural creek, two playgrounds, a cricket pitch, football goals, and basketball/netball half court. Up the hill a little, is the Happy Valley Reservoir which is very nice to walk around, and you can even grab a coffee at the pop up coffee van to take on the walk with you! This is a prime spot to see the local Kangaroos, as they graze or laze the day away. If you’re a wine lover like us, you’ll be itching to head down to McLaren Vale or up to the Adelaide Hills, to sip and savour a drop or two from some of the local wineries. If wine isn’t your thing, there are many unforgettable sites and experiences to be had in both of these regions too! Looking for an incredible dining experience?
