Pros The decor at the home was lovely. For the price, it was not bad at all. All in all, a good place. Lovely surroundings, very peaceful, walkable, great restaurants near by. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Cons The place was dusty. One of our friends has dust allergies, so it was tough not to notice or care. The curtains, windows blinds had noticeable dust. One of the fans was not working and we reported that. We wish the mentioned areas had been dusted before our stay. It would have been perfect then.

We had an amazing stay during our time here! The location is right downtown, making it easy to walk anywhere you need to go, and the beaches are conveniently located across the street. The place was super clean and had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for cooking, including a nice big fridge and BBQ. Both rooms were great, and the beds were very comfortable. There were two AC units that kept the place very cold. We enjoyed two lovely balconies overlooking the golf course. The complex is very quiet, with two pools; one right beside the unit and a larger one towards the front. Most of the time, we had them all to ourselves. The complex is kept very clean and tidy, and you can tell the unit and the property are very well maintained and cared for. We definitely hope it's available when we come back; it's probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at in Cabo for the price! Also, Batia was very helpful when we ran out of water, he had a new jug delivered right away for us!

The condo was very nice and in a great complex. Easy access to the pool and great view of the golf course. Just a short walk to many restaurants. Two large grocery stores not far away. I would rent from Batia again.
