Washer/dryer provided, house is operated with a water holding tank that holds approximately 450 gallons of water. More water can be provided if need at water delivery rate($100). Kenny lake mercantile is located 6 miles down the road that has many amenities and convenience items as well as a hardware store(Wengers) approximately 9 miles away. This house has 2 bedrooms and an office area. The house is new outside and will be completly new on the inside when completed. We are going to have it ready for mid May 2024. All appliances, towels, blankets and also a chest freezer is all included. There is a covered car port to dry your clothes or store coolers etc.
