WELCOME TO VILLA CATALINA HUGE Villa perfect for families with babies to teens, adult groups & cute couple getaways Walking distance to beach, ocean views, super close to Mindarie Marina & only 30 mins from CBD Where do we start? -4 bedrooms (2 x masters with ensuites) -3 bathrooms (+ outdoor shower) -3 living spaces (1 space is a dedicated kids room with queen size sofa bed and endless toys) -huge bifold doors that lead to a luxury Mediterranean style backyard -Crystal clear pool Villa Catalina is a space where you will feel like you have popped over to the Greek Islands for the weekend The space is HUGE! one guest even left a review saying "Villa Catalina is so big we lost each other at one point" BEDROOMS - 4 bedrooms (5 bedrooms if you use the kids playroom Koala Queen Sofa bed) 2 x King Bed master rooms with ensuites 1 x Queen Bedroom (shared bathroom) 1 x Double Bedroom (Shared Bathroom 1 x Queen Sofa Bed in kids playroom - 2 x Queen Airbeds can be provided - Portable cot & Highchair can be provided BATHROOMS - 3 bathrooms (2 are ensuites, 1 shared bathroom) - separate guest toilet/powder room downstairs KIDS (bubs to teens) - The theatre has been transformed into a kids Playroom with games, toys, TV & Nintendo Switch THE REST OF THE VILLA - Upstairs lounge with ocean views & Balcony - Downstairs open plan living, chefs kitchen & dining & Laundry - HUGE bifold doors connecting inside and out - grassed area with Mediterranean arch and seating - alfresco with more undercover seating - smart home features - stunning pool - Aircon/heating to the whole home and separate temps can be set for each room. Some rooms will be locked and not accessible by guests as we store our personal family things in there during your stay

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb, situated just minutes away from the beach in a stunning location! The house provided countless picturesque spots, and it had everything we needed. Shelby was a pleasure to deal with from the start! She even allowed us to book an extra day for half the cost, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. When I forgot my wallet in the house, Shelby was quick to find it and message me back! Thank you once again, Shelby!
What an incredible Air BnB! I felt as if I was in a home from Selling Sunset! Shelby was an awesome host - super responsive and helpful with all of our requests. The neighbourhood is quiet with a cute play park around the corner and a beach a short walk away. The kid’s playroom was really well stocked and meant us adults could relax in the garden! Thanks again!!
An amazing house. We were in Perth for a family wedding and the house was perfect for us as a family, if anything it was too big and we kept losing each other. Very close to Marina for great breakfasts (Sistas was our favourite) and Basil's is a lovely upmarket grocery store 3 minutes away.
Shelby was an extremely friendly and reliable host, who had the most beautiful house could not recommend her enough! She was so helpful and her quick responses to help out any way she could made the stay so enjoyable.
My stay at Shelby’s house was exceptional from start to finish. Despite the usual two-night minimum requirement, Shelby graciously accommodated my request for a one-night stay to host a baby shower, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. One of the standout features of the house was the kids playroom, which provided a fantastic and safe space for the children to play during the baby shower. The parents appreciated having an area dedicated to the little ones and it added to the overall enjoyment of the event. Additionally, the swimming pool was a hit with both the kids and adults, offering a refreshing and entertaining feature that contributed to the overall positive experience. In summary, my experience at Shelby’s place was truly amazing. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, well appointed space with a host who genuinely cares about your experience. It’s a wonderful place that exceeded all of my expectation. We are a short walk to the beach.
To make things even better, it is practically a PRIVATE BEACH, there is never anyone there & the sunsets are stunning
FOOD & DRINKS
The Mindarie Marina has some great restaurants and pubs on the water, we walk there in 15/20 mins or its a 3 minute drive / uber
The Boat - casual pub vibe
The Indi - A bit nicer, but still casual
The Life Boat - we call it "the kids pub", it is a super casual bar with a playground for the kiddies, they do simple chicken nuggets, fish & chips etc (alcoholic drinks for a very exhausted mum /dad)
The Iluka - Winner of WA's Best Steak Sandwich award (can confirm, its pretty damn good)
-Ocean Keys Shopping centre, this is your typical large shopping centre/mall and has everything you need
- Basils Fine Foods - if you plan on doing cooking at home, you HAVE to buy your produce from Basils.... but be prepared to spend a bit of money there. (worth it!)
PLAYGROUNDS
-there is a park, oval and playground less than 1 minute walk from the house.
NEIGHBOURS
We live on a very quiet street, please be respectful of our neighbours as we really like them and don't want to P them off.
Under no circumstance can you park in front of their home even if it is on the verge. a lot of people have large families and use their verge for family cars

as above, please do not park on the neighbours verge.
we have a huge, free public carpark across the road that is very safe.
we also have parking for 2 cars in our driveway.
