The house is a certified Passivhaus, and built to German standards with double insulated walls, double glazed European windows and doors. Which means the space is very quiet and the studio is sound proofed from the rest of the house. There is whole of house ducted ventilation distributing fresh filtered de-humidified air to every room.

Gabrielle is a lovely woman, very friendly and helpful. 'The pod' is perfect, it's in a great location, close to shops walkable into town, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Surprisingly more spacious than first seems. I'd highly recommend this place. The bed is so comfy and the pillows are amazing

Quiet cul-de-sac in a new estate near the quays. The property backs onto a rugby football field. 400m walk to river and boat ramp.
Walk 200m to local shops, West Tower Tavern and a regional bus stop. Flat terrain makes it ideal for bike riding and there are many shared bike paths to get around Ballina. Street parking is also available if required.
