The price for what we got, was a little too high, but for an almost central location it was bearable. The heating was the biggest problem; it was turned up to the maximum all day and all night, even with 16 degrees outside. We had to open the window to cool it down and the host did not offer any practical solutions other than opening a window. Would not stay here again, unless in great need or the price was slightly lower.

Prima volta che mi capita di dover chiedere di abbassare il riscaldamento, era eccessivamente alto e acceso per tutto il giorno e notte. Dopo una segnalazione ha Simona, è stato rapidamente ridotto. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno, consigliato!

Una camera spaziosa di fronte alla stazione di Modena, posizione comodissima, con bagno e cucina in comune, perfetta per turismo e trasferte di lavoro. Simona reagisce in men che non si dica a dubbi e richieste. Alloggio raccomandato!

Alloggio comodo e molto accogliente, tutto perfettamente in ordine e pulito. Simona e Matilde sono state davvero gentili ed ospitali, pronte ad ogni evenienza e aiuto. Consigliatissimo!
