Security Deposit: A security deposit of 10% of the total booking amount is required upon arrival. This deposit is for security and will be refunded in full upon checkout, provided there are no damages to the property. 2. Pet Policy: We love animals, but due to space and maintenance considerations, we are unable to accommodate larger pets. Please contact us if you have any questions about bringing your pet. 3. Property Viewings: As our villa is currently on the market, there may be occasions when we need to show it to potential buyers.
