This place is super conveniently located and the beach access could not be better! We stayed in unit 205 which does not have a beach view. Just something to be aware of when selecting a unit. I think I missed that in the description. The hosts were great communicators and everyone on site (at both properties) were super friendly and helpful. I’d recommend renting from them for sure!

Great location, walkable to Johns Pass, many restaurants/bars and right on the beach, which we loved. Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Condo was decorated nicely, the pool is actually a hot tub in a small area next to the parking area but it was well kept. There are wooden lounge chairs on the beach that were handy, everyone was friendly. Only down sides were the floor was very dirty, had to keep flip flops on otherwise our feet would turn black from the floors. I asked to have houskeeping come mop it but it didn't help at all, I literally had to keep a wet washcloth next to the bed to clean my feet so my I didn't make the bed filthy (even with constant sweeping and moping) Also the elevator broke several times trapping 2 of my kids inside for almost an hour at one point. From what I understand these are time-share units, not individually owned, so these negatives are not the fault of the host.

We loved the location , place and friendly atmosphere! Jenny and Ania made sure we knew everything there was to know 😊 Definitely recommend if you looking to stay in the Madera Beach area!
