Great stay & host! Mel came in person to answer ?’s Helpful tip -once keypad lights up you MUST wait a few secs before inputting door code. The home itself large, bright & airy. 2 nice bdrs w/closet space, comfy beds, smartTV, AC, rainfall shower. Washing machine (dry line only) extra linens & towels. Fully equipped kitchen w/gas stove & gorge dishware sets for hosting. 15min walk to Leys grociery. The open air kitchen is so cool & a feature I’d love to see in more spaces, just be sure to store & seal your food properly or you may get some critters. As a solo female I felt safe & secure. Though a bustling neighbourhood you’ll find such peace in the space itself. Closing the living room doors at night cancels out most street noise but I personally loved the sound of the church bells. Bonus you’re literally 1block from the beach along the Malecon! Morning rooftop coffee, sunsets & fireworks are now core memories. I’ll def return & interested in the long term options Mel offers.

Es uno de los mejores airbnb en los que me he alojado, la atención de Mel como anfitrión fue excelente, nos ha apoyado en cada momento con amabilidad y eficiencia. El departamento muy limpio, es abierto lo que nos permite escuchar el mar en la madrugada. El lugar mega céntrico y no dependes de ningún tipo de transporte, por que la playa esta casi frente del departamento. Es un lugar fresco con mucha luz & ventilación que en esta temporada no se necesita de aire acondicionado. Es un lugar acogedor con muchas plantas y cuenta con un despachador de agua para beber, jabón & shampoo, las camas son cómodas y el sofa también. Tienen tv con todas las películas actuales, Hbo, disney, netflix. Pasar los atardeceres en la terraza fue espectacular! Todas las noches hay fuegos artificiales ideal para pedir matrimonio. Aunque esta en la calle ppal, en el segundo piso no se alcanza a escuchar. Regresaremos pronto, muchas gracias. It is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in.

Absolutely beautiful location in PV! We did not realize when booking that the kitchen/living room area were “open” to an outdoor patio area, but really enjoyed the fresh air and lighting. Very well decorated! We only stayed one night so did not cook, but the kitchen had everything we would have needed - including a stovetop. You can hear the clock/bell, and some outdoor noise, but if you close the bedroom doors it is quiet enough to sleep!

Stayed at this downtown Airbnb – excellent location, bright and airy space, felt very safe, and loved the functional kitchen and comfy furniture. Had initial challenges with self-check-in and encountered some bugs due to the open-air layout. Unexpected maid service fee and morning construction on the rooftop deck were downsides. However, the host was responsive, resolved issues promptly (including a two-night refund), which didn’t impact my overall star rating. Great for a central, comfortable stay.
