Perfect location for our 4 day stay in sth east devon. Everything about the accommodation was explained to us on arrival and was spotlessly clean. View over the garden from accommodation was lovely and the location very quiet. Great hosts, very personable and friendly and were always prepared to help / answer questions as required. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay, I often find it hard to sleep in a different bed but we (my 6 yr old and I) slept like logs. Overall, it was very pleasant. The apartment was very well equipped and super cosy. When we stay for a longer trip we look forward to making some home-cooked meals. We will be planning another trip on the summer. Thank you Richard!

Just the place I was looking for! I was able to take some beach and cliff walks a short drive away, before settling in to some on line study. The place is very peaceful and comfortable. Richard was very helpful and flexible. I would love to stay again.

We had a really lovely time staying in Richard's little B&B, it was incredibly peaceful and comfortable and in the perfect location for our little trips out to Dartmoor and the coast. Richard was wonderfully friendly and stopped by to make sure we knew where everything was and we felt right at home. It was great to have our own kitchen and we were generously provided with bread and butter which was appreciated. We hope to come back for a longer stay next time we're in the area, and would recommend it to everyone.
