Located in the very heart of Launceston, Tasmania 7250 you simply have the city at your fingertips and everything you wish to visit within walking distance. Mac and Sylvia's Apartment 30 is located in City Park Living Apartments directly opposite City Park in central Launceston 7250. Restaurants, coffee shops, Harvest Market, Art Galleries, shopping are all within easy walking distance. We are also located a stone’s throw away from the University of Tasmania Campus and a short walk over the Bridge to York Park Precinct which is home to UTAS Stadium. Another short walk in the other direction will take you to Launceston Leisure & Aquatic Centre. Cataract Gorge a must see when you visit, is a flat 30 minute walk, the gorge is an incline to walk into, but definitely worth it. Unwind in the inviting ambience of our beautifully furnished studio. The space boasts a comfortable king size bed, ensuring a peaceful night sleep after a day of exploring the delights of Launceston and beyond. The cosy sitting area provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a book or catch up on your favourite shows which you can stream on Netflix, Stan or Amazon Prime. Of course you can also throw in a couple of large scoops of aromatic bath salts and enjoy a long soak in the bath, after enjoying a night out at one of the many restaurants nearby. As well as a bar fridge, toaster, microwave, French Press and teapot, we have a Nutri bullet for you to whip up your breakfast Smoothies with. We are excited to offer you Tasmanian tea blends from The Tea Equation to enjoy and also Ritual coffee, another great Tasmanian company that you will also find pouring the perfect cup at the Harvest Market every Saturday morning, which is about a 5 minute walk from our studio.
