INTERIOR: With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there will be plenty of space to spread out. Upon entering the home you will find an open kitchen, dining, and living space which is a wonderful place to gather. Walk out onto the brand-new composite deck to take in the tranquil views of Little Sebago Lake. On the main floor, you will find a full bathroom and laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer (not shown in pictures - to be purchased late winter 2023). There are two bedrooms on the main floor, the primary bedroom features a KING sized bed and the second bedroom features a QUEEN sized bed. The lower level is currently being renovated and “under-construction” photos will be posted soon! The 2 bedrooms and bathroom with a stand up shower on this level are set to be completed by early April 2024, if not sooner. The first bedroom offers a QUEEN sized bed and the second bedroom offers 2 TWIN sized beds. The lower level has a convenient walk out to the backyard as well. The house is also equipped with window AC units to cool you down on those warm summer nights. EXTERIOR: Enjoy the scenic views of Little Sebago Lake from the cozy fire pit in the backyard or from the back deck set above, overlooking it all! This getaway has 30 feet of private sandy- bottom walk-in water frontage, with a dock for your boat 16 ft and under. Take in the sunset views on the glass-like lake during a beautiful ride in the 4 included kayaks and then head back to grill up some delicious meals to share with family and friends. *Dock is available late spring to early fall. SPRING STAYS: Come stay at Camp Henry during the springtime in Maine to take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. Bring your fishing poles for some of the best fishing of the year. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the outdoor fire pit, reading an enchanted book. Spring fishing right off the dock is always a great activity as well! SUMMER STAYS: Waterfront on Little Sebago Lake is the place to be in the summer! With stunning views from the beautiful backyard with enough room for the entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! There are many things to do during the summer from kayaking, boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. There is no better place to spend your next vacation! AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Camp Henry during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike on the nearby trails. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars.
