We had a great stay here. Came up for the weekend to icefish. Great accessibility to the lake and an awesome place to stay for fun winter activities. The house was spacious and the host is awesome.

I stayed at Colleen's house in Little Sebago Lake with 3 friends. We are cold water dippers and were thrilled to find a beautiful, comfortable home on a lake with a sauna! The communication with Colleen and Leo was friendly, informative and timely. We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay and the house was perfect with lovely views of the lake. We stayed in and prepared our own meals and found the kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable as were the couches in the living room. The brand new sauna had just been completed and we were honored to be the first guests to use it. We dipped in the icy lake each day and topped it off with a sauna. There was room for four of us and we probably had room for five. There is a skylight in the sauna, so you can look at the snow capped trees while enjoying the heat. Nice thick robes and towels were provided which was appreciated by our group. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

What a beautiful location- a great view of the lake, quiet peaceful neighborhood, comfortable accommodations. Instructions were clear and it was easy to get in and out.

Had a great stay at the Edgewater cabin! We used the kayaks (started with the canoe, but it was far too windy) on the lake, very easy access. The view from the upstairs bedroom rocking chairs is of the beach/lake (though the downstairs queen is more comfortable IMO) and is lovely. We heard loons everyday! Great location- felt remote, but not too far from Portland. We’d be happy to return someday.
