Everything about this home looks exactly like the photos and feels very premium. We loved the coffee machine, the welcome gift, hot tub and Gerdy's welcoming messages in the days before we stayed. The house was very comfortable with plenty of places to sit and relax. It is well located in Ieper close to the main square with all its bars and restaurants as well as the Menin Gate. Would highly recommend and will stay again when we're back in Ieper.

This is an absolutely incredible house - an eclectic mix of old and new that works just brilliantly! A very short walk to the market square and Menin Gate and with free parking very close by makes it a great base to explore Ypres and the surrounding battlefields. A couple of tips that I'd offer for someone looking to book is that the accommodation isn't necessarily best for guests with young children or for people with mobility issues, as the stairs are very steep - and due to the open plan space, you should be comfortable sharing your space with any fellow travellers!

Great host, Great location, House with a lot of atmosphere (great eye for detail) Sfeervolle lokatie in het centrum van Ieper. Door de communicatie en ontvangst voelde ik mij heel welkom. De lokatie is zeer geschikt voor zowel het bezoek van Ieper als van de omgeving. We bezochten Ieper met 4 volwassenen (2 stellen). Deze lokatie is zeer geschikt voor 4 volwassenen.

Ons verblijf in het charmante huis in Ieper was heel aangenaam. we werden hartelijk ontvangen met een flesje cava. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en de jacuzzi zorgde voor de nodige ontspanning. Een aanrader om Ieper te verkennen en tegelijkertijd te genieten van gezelligheid en comfort.
