This sun-drenched, two-storey home offers an ideal location for exploring Melbourne's charming inner south, dotted with popular beaches, vibrant shopping areas, and picturesque parks. Drive 10 minutes to the bustling Elwood beach and its renowned dining district or stay local, with a handful of restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy the comfort of a modern kitchen and air-conditioned open living, with sliding glass doors that lead out to the leafy backyard with seating. Recently built, this modern, two-bedroom home, serves as a stylish and comfortable base for your stay in Melbourne. Its design boasts a light-filled, spacious layout seamlessly integrating with its peaceful locale. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, accompanied by a four-seater dining table for enjoying meals. Outside, a seating area is the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with an afternoon glass of wine. In the air-conditioned living room, you can kick back on the plush sofa and armchair, inviting you to relax in front of the television or with a good book. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow for plenty of sunlight to flow through the space, with views of the leafy backyard.system too. The contemporary bathroom is well-appointed with a shower Upstairs, you'll find two well-presented bedrooms. The first is set with a king-size bed, generous built-in storage, and split heating and cooling to ensure comfort in all seasons. The second bedroom, brightly lit and welcoming, offers two cosy single beds—perfect for children—and a split and complimentary toiletries. On the ground floor, you'll find a powder room and in-unit laundry with a washing machine for added convenience. Secure parking is provided in the garage, with additional spots on the driveway and street. A gardener attends the property on the second Wednesday of every month and lets himself into the back garden via the side gate, please keep this in mind when making a booking. The big bins are collected every Thursday so they must be placed onto the footpath for collection every Wednesday evening. Any guest who stays over on a Wednesday/Thursday must agree to take the bins out. Please do not book this accommodation if you're not prepared to take the bins out, we will send you reminders. Thanks! Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
Perfect facilities and exactly as described. Plenty of storage and the whole house to ourselves. Air conditioning throughout and washing machine, but no dryer. We hardly used the kitchen but it seemed well-equipped and the downstairs toilet was a useful bonus. The location is excellent for us for family reasons but you need a car for most things as it is a residential area with few shops and no supermarket nearby. Although we had no serious issues communication with Justin and his team was prompt and efficient. We would definitely aim to stay there again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Caulfield South seamlessly merges suburban life with effortless public transport access to Melbourne’s CBD. Just a 10-minute drive away lies some of Melbourne's most famed beaches, including Elwood and St Kilda. The area is also a haven for park enthusiasts, with an abundance of green spaces to explore. If you're here for the Spring Carnival, Caulfield Racecourse is just a five-minute drive away. To kickstart your morning, pay a visit to Omar & The Marvellous Coffee Bird, while, a brief five-minute drive will lead you to Elwood’s dining precinct, where a wide array of culinary choices await.
Parking: There is one free parking spot in the residential garage, as well as free street parking 24/7.
Airport: It takes an hour by car or one and a half hours by public transport.
Public Transport: It's a seven-minute walk to the 630 bus, 2.3km to Glen Huntly Train Station, and a 15-minute walk to the 64 Tram.
