On the ground floor, you'll find a powder room and in-unit laundry with a washing machine for added convenience. Secure parking is provided in the garage, with additional spots on the driveway and street. A gardener attends the property on the second Wednesday of every month and lets himself into the back garden via the side gate, please keep this in mind when making a booking. The big bins are collected every Thursday so they must be placed onto the footpath for collection every Wednesday evening. Any guest who stays over on a Wednesday/Thursday must agree to take the bins out. Please do not book this accommodation if you're not prepared to take the bins out, we will send you reminders.
